Dr (HC), Willi Toisuta, Ph.D He started his carreer as a principal in an SPG (secondary school for teacher education) in Soe, Kupang in 1961. Since then, Mr. Toisuta, who got his PhD in Educational Planning in Macquire University, Sidney, Australia, and Dr (HC) in Kwansei Gakuin University, Nishinomiya, Japan, has been participating actively in various educational activities; both conducted by the National Education Department of Indonesia and international institutions such as The World Bank, USAID, AusAID, ADB, UNDP, UNICEF, CIDA, JICA, etc. This former rector of SWCU also played an important rold in the founding of the National Accreditation Body for Higher Education Institutions (BAN-PT) and was the secretary of the Body until 2004.

Ir. Eka TP Simanjuntak MM (Managing Director) During the time when he was a university student, he was an active member of various student organizations. After graduating from the Agriculture Faculty (agribusiness), he decided to be an entrepreneur. Before focusing on educational field, he has been involved in various other fields such as advertising and airline business. Despite concentrating on business development, he is also improving himself in the field of project management. At the moment, he is finishing his dissertation for a Master Program in Management (MM) in Prasetya Mulya Business School, Jakarta.
